    Aviation Briefings offer an overview of the program, a tour of our facilities (including the airport), and an opportunity to ask questions of faculty, staff, and current students. 

    Space is very limited at each briefing.  To allow as many students to visit as possible, we currently only allow 2 people/family at the Airport tour (student + 1 guest). Additional guests are welcome to attend the presentation, Q&A, and VR Lab Tour, however. 

    Briefing Schedule:
    12:45pm – 1:00pm: Check-in
    1:00pm – 2:15pm:   Presentation / Q&A
    2:15pm – 2:45pm:   VR Lab Tour
    3:30pm – 4:30pm:   Airport Tour 

    Please note: Airport visits are not scheduled outside of aviation briefings. 

    We ask that you please cancel if you are no longer able to attend to allow space for other students.
