EKU High School Honor Orchestra

Student applications for High School Honor Orchestra:

1) Students are recommended to have at least three (3) years of instrumental experience. Student's applications will be reviewed on a first-received, first-served basis. These applications are to be filled out by students, parents, or guardians and must be completed by January 15, 2024.

2) The event runs from January 26, 2024 (Friday) 4:30pm to January 27, 2024 (Saturday) 7:30pm. Students participating in the Honor Orchestra will work with the entire EKU string faculty and present a concert conducted by Dr. David Galant. A detailed schedule will be given to students upon acceptance. 

3) Upon acceptance each participating student will be assessed a participation fee of $40.00 that includes two (2) meals, lunch and dinner on Saturday. Students are responsible for their own lodging and food outside of those that are included.
