Transfer General Educaiton Tag Request

The purpose of this form is for students to request general education requirements be satisfied by specific transfer courses. Please provide sufficient documentation to support the transfer general education information from your transfer institution. If you have any questions, please contact the Office of Articulation and Transfer Systems (OATS) at oats@eku.edu.
If you have a transfer course that satisfied a general education requirement at your transfer institution and it's not counting here, you can submit a request for that general education requirement to be satisfied by that course.
