EKU faculty and staff carefully review and approve course equivalencies for every transfer course that is submitted to the University. Once an equivalency is created, it becomes the established practice for how the University accepts the course, though these equivalencies may be changed at the discretion of the University. Our publicly available database of established equivalencies serves as an excellent (though unofficial) means of evaluating your transfer credit.

Remember, if a course is not within the publicly available database, it does not mean that the course will not transfer. It most likely means that no one has ever submitted it. Please use this form to submit an evaluation request for any unknown coursework.
1. Begin typing the name of your institution and select the option that populates in the dropdown menu. 2. Put in the course details for the course you intend to transfer to EKU. 3. Repeat for as many courses as you need by selecting "Add New Course for Evaluation."
